Classical Pilates improves health and balance.  Pilates exercises strengthen, tone and lengthen the entire body and are valuable for all adults, including those starting out or renewing an exercise routine. We follow Pilates Method Alliance guidelines for appropriate class sizes so that clients receive helpful guidance.  We also offer an array of exercise and dance classes that complement our Pilates focus.  Movement heals!
