ME Body Studio offers Pilates Reformer classes that often incorporate the Tower, Chair, Jump Board, and Barrels. Most classes are multi-level unless otherwise noted.
To get started with this equipment, we recommend taking several (2-3) private lessons, especially if you prefer individual instruction, live with a chronic injury, or are recovering from a recent illness or setback.
Some clients choose to remain with private lessons on a regular basis.
Otherwise, please feel welcome to sign up for at least two of our Foundations for Reformer classes. We offer them weekly at various times, and we recommend taking three (or as many as you like) before entering a different Reformer class.
